Article 3 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Stealing or fraudulently using other people's information
• Using the Service to violate laws or public morals and order

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The time information provided by the Service is for reference only, and may differ from the actual server time depending on network conditions. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of time information and is not responsible for any damages arising therefrom.

Article 5 (Changes to Terms)

The Service may change the terms if necessary, and the changed terms will take effect when posted on the Service.
